Parties to Form a Nationwide Alliance Called B.L.A.M.E.
In a rare display of cross-party unity, 161 political parties in India gathered in Delhi on Monday to decide on a national issue they could unite around to advance the country’s interests.
After an intense 72-hour meeting, all the politicians emerged hand in hand and, together, addressed a press conference to announce a joint statement:
“We disagree on many issues, but we have an overwhelming consensus on what we do agree on. Many in our great nation want to hold politicians accountable for national problems such as corruption, unemployment, and religious violence. However, such issues have nothing to do with politics and have been framed by our opponents to sabotage our political agendas. In light of this, we have formed the B.L.A.M.E. alliance, comprising every political party in India, to promote the understanding that any serious problem the country faces is not our fault but someone else’s. We are proud to stand together on this issue,” read the statement.
These articles have obviously been well researched. They offer great enlightenment, and other such things.
